We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and coordinate your event if you choose to work with us. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Sharing With Vendors
If you become a client, we may share the details necessary to deliver your event (such as guest count, venue and timing) with vendors we coordinate on your behalf. We share only what each vendor needs.
Retention and Your Choices
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing saanaeventsco@gmail.com.
